My story
I've always been deeply interested in people.
I believe every person is unique. Each of us carries our own story, our own way of seeing the world and our own potential.
Looking back, I realise that the part of my work I enjoyed most was always the conversations. Listening felt natural, and I found myself genuinely interested in what mattered to others.
When coaching entered my life, it didn't feel like a new direction. It felt like coming home to something that had been part of me for a long time.
Today, coaching feels like a place where I naturally belong.
Why Coaching
What I love about coaching is the opportunity to explore the 'what if...' moments.
Sometimes, a single question opens the door to possibilities we hadn't considered before.
Coaching isn't about telling people who they should become.
It's about creating a space where they can discover what is already true for them — and what else might be possible.
How I Practice
I create a space where you can think freely, explore openly and discover your own answers.
I coach in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means our conversations are built on partnership, trust, confidentiality and respect for your autonomy.
You remain the expert on your own life.
The direction always belongs to you.
Beyond Coaching
Outside coaching, you'll usually find me with a book, at the gym, out for a walk or sharing an honest conversation with friends or neighbours.
